If for any reason Clients are not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, Store Credit or Refund within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.
The Security Tag must still be intact and attached to returned items.
Return & exchange policy
If you are not satisfied with your received item* (except skincare and cosmetic), we allow to process refund or item(s) exchange for you. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the item via e-mail email@example.com. All returned items must be in a good condition and remain unopened with tag. Please note that your returned item must not be damaged and be unused. We agree to process the exchange item once only. All items can be exchanged once. The replaced item will not be accepted to exchange. Delivery fee will be handled by customers.All delivery fee incurred from the exchange process will be borne by you.
If the total amount of the exchanged item is lower than your original item, the balance can be deducted on your next purchase, and will be valid for 1 year.
In case of dispute, we reseves the right of final decision.
＊For evening gowns exchange, please contact us and return the item(s) within 3 days after the shipment was received. All skincare and cosmetic item is not exchangable or refundable, unless it is damaged during delivery. Please e-mail us the photo of the damaged item and return the item to us within 7 days after the shipment was received. Once we confirmed the damage is caused during delivery, we will resend a new one to you.
